Terms of your order:
All orders are bespoke handmade ceramic commissions, created especially for you. Production on your order will begin once full payment has been received, and POP emailed to studio@grandcentralstation.co.za
Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production and fulfilment. Ceramic processes involve natural clay drying times and multiple kiln firings — beautiful things take a little time - processes that can’t be rushed. During warm or dry weather periods, orders may occasionally be completed sooner.
We take immense care to produce your chosen colours as accurately as possible. However, ceramic glazes are natural, living materials, and subtle variations in colour, tone, speckling, texture, and finish may occur during the firing process. This is part of the charm and character of these ceramics.
By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept the naturally organic qualities of handcrafted ceramic work.
For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges based on glaze or colour variations.
Once payment has been received and your glaze selections have been confirmed, colours and specifications cannot be changed, as your order will move directly into the ceramics studio.
As every piece is handmade to order, all sales are final.
All pieces leave our studio carefully inspected and in perfect condition, and are specially packaged to travel safely and securely.
